About us
Preparing children for success in school and beyond
Located in Palmiste, San Fernando, we serve children aged 2–6 across four programs. Our Prep, Preschool, and Kindergarten programs follow an integrated Montessori-based curriculum aligned with Ministry of Education guidelines, combining play-based and structured learning to build early literacy, numeracy, and school readiness.
Our Foundations Program provides specialized, evidence-based support for children with Autism and developmental delays, with a 1:3 teacher-to-student ratio and individualized learning plans. Across all programs we keep class sizes small and learning meaningful.

Prep
Our Prep Program introduces toddlers to the joys of learning through play, exploration, and routine. Children begin developing independence, classroom readiness, and early literacy and numeracy skills in a warm and supportive environment.
Foundations
Our Foundations Program provides caring, individualized support for children with developmental delays. We focus on communication, social interaction, independence, play, and inclusive peer experiences.
Preschool
Our Preschool Program nurtures growing independence and confidence, while strengthening early academic and motor skills. Children work on all learning to learn skills that are required for graduation into our Kindergarten Program.
Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten Program prepares our students for a smooth transition to Primary School. Students work on skills such as classroom independence, early math, writing, reading and comprehension. We foster a love for learning that will remain with our children throughout their academic career.

Having had two daughters attend Roche Academy, I recognize the tremendous effort and dedication the staff put in their work on a daily basis. The Roche Academy team are professional and are very caring individuals. Anna attended Roche Academy from the age of three to five years old. When she first started, she was a shy and reserved little girl who often needed reassurance and encouragement. From the very beginning, the teachers created a nurturing and supportive environment where Anna felt valued and loved. The timid little girl who once hesitated to step outside of her comfort zone blossomed into a confident and enthusiastic learner. I firmly believe that the strong foundation laid by Roche Academy helped prepare her for this achievement. Even after graduating, she still looks forward to returning for camps and activities, which says so much about the environment created by the teachers.
